I have a mental disability; I am human like you, so please be patient.Commissions are first come, first serve. If you need a commission done by a deadline, let me know in the chat feature here, and I'll let you know if I can get your commission done in time.Once I approve your commission request, I will draw the sketch out. I can send the sketch and the rest of the process of the commissioned work (Lineart, Base Color, etc.)You will receive a sketch/draft of the commission you requested throughout the process. The colored sketch will come with three/four thumbnail pieces on it. (An example of what the picture will look like on social media). You must decide which one you like best; afterward, I will proceed with your chosen piece and do a lineart on it. I will send you the lineart, and then I will send you the final work with the watermark. If you wish for the size of the image to be larger or shorter, let me know.You can ask for revisions throughout the process, but they must be within reason. For example, please do not ask me to change the background, art style, or characters entirely if I have already finished the painting. I will try my best to do revisions, but if it is beyond my ability, I will let you know and apologize.I have the right to decline a commission I do not feel comfortable doing or if I know it's beyond my ability. I do not have to give a reason if I reject your request.Please provide explicit references (Especially for OCs, e.g., Character sheets, detailed descriptions, etc.). If you cannot provide references and only text descriptions, I will charge a $5 fee.Competition time: Depending on the commission, the longest it could take is a month at least, and the shortest is two to three days. If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, I will let you know as soon as possible.You cannot remove my watermark in any way. If you do so, you will be blocklisted.The commissioned piece is for non-commercial uses only. (Not primarily intended for, or directed towards, commercial advantage or monetary compensation by an individual or organization.)

I, Minty (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:Promote myself with it everywhere.Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)Post it wherever I wantThe buyer is allowed to:Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, not the painting itself.Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it, but it is appreciated.Use the artwork on their YouTube channel and monetized videos if the painting is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.Claiming the artwork as your ownRemoving my signature from the artworkAltering the artwork without my consentI reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (The customer may request the image for your non-personal use may be purchased at any time).Suppose the buyer breaks any of the points stated above. In that case, they will lose all the before-mentioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Minty (the artist) will be blocklisted, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me.CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy!If you need help with the commissioned piece, please tell me immediately so we can find a solution together.I will change some of my terms if you ask before I start on your commission.
